I'll miss everything. Have had some of the best times of my life there and it's heartbreaking to know I'll probably never go there again and do what I've been doing for 30 years.

i'll miss the perfectly fine football stadium, which could be easily extended, increasing our income and helping us to "progress", as well as the excellent transport links provided by the tube stations within easy reach of the stadium.

The gradual slide into decay that has been ever present over the last 20 years or so.
I'm not being rose tinted here, East Ham / Upton Park was a nice area when I was growing up in the 70s and 80s.
I won't miss what it's become, sullying the memory of what used to be every time I go back now. I can now time capsule it. I doubt I'll ever have the need to go to Green Street ever again

dunno about won't miss since 93, but certainly when I think back about the place the vast proportion of best memories will be from the standing days
